Running free

Had to go in to Kirkcaldy today so took the opportunity to wander along the beach on the way back to the car. Then home to add to global warming by starting a bonfire at the bottom of the garden. Later watched the first instalment of The Boys from Brazil: Rise of the Bolsonaros on the Beeb. One thing that was obvious from the documentary is that since Bolsonaro rose without trace Brazil has embraced bonfires in the Amazon on a much bigger scale than mine ever could be. As Liz Truss once said about the UK's cheese market "That is a disgrace".

So too was her election as the UK's Prime Minister today.
