Mother Love

I met up with my Sister and BiL, and their bouncy springer / cocker spaniel pup Jak, at Leonardslee Gardens today, and we had a lovely walking round the lakes and gardens. 

The site includes a series of lakes and a wonderful Doll's House display Beyond the Doll's House (extras), but one of the highlights has to be the wallabies. This year's young are growing fast, though it doesn't stop this albino joey still trying to suckle or get into his mother's pouch.  While these wallabies are safely held in an enclosure, some escaped while the gardens were in private ownership during 2010-2017 and now live in the deer park, though sadly we didn't see them or any deer today.
