I am not holding my breath for any great improvements.
After my big spending spree in Costco yesterday my weekly shop in Sainsbury's should have been a lot less, but I found a perfect fleece to wear at the Green Gym and a long sleeved tee shirt to go under it.  My excuse is, that if you don't snap them up when you first see them, they don't have your size the next time you go in.
