Distrust…?

Lavender, according to the book ‘Language of Flowers’, represents ‘Distrust’.

Hmm… Shame. (I hoped for something more interesting, like ‘fear of headscarves’).

Made me think about distrust and mistrust though and what the difference might be…

… ‘distrust is often based on experience or reliable information, while mistrust is often a general sense of unease toward someone or something’.
