We thought that we would be able to get out kayaking today but just weren't sure of the weather.  As it turned out the weather would have been fine.  

So instead of kayaking we decided on a picnic lunch and walk at Jacobsburg State park.  As this is a holiday weekend here in the States (Labor Day) we weren't sure if the picnic pavilion would be available so we were pleased when we got there and it was open.  There was a small group of people there grilling their lunch but the pavilion is plenty big enough to accommodate us, too. 

After eating we took a walk at Henry's Woods trail.  It was lovely.
