Victoria Falls

Today we went across into Zimbabwe for a visit to Victoria Falls. Absolutely awesome!

There is so much water in the Falls at this time of year that it was well nigh impossible to get a good photo because of all the spray and in fact it was like walking through tropical rain which resulted in us getting soaked to the skin ... although we dried off very quickly in the heat! I decided on this shot for my blip because I think it shows why the Falls are known locally as the "smoke that thunders"
