Cross-purposes

Well, we came out here to help my mom and stepdad, and now it appears our roles will be reversed for a few days. W. tested positive for c. this morning, and presumably I've got it too. Rats. Feel terrible for exposing them and our friends, even after we'd tested negative before the game yesterday. In any event, we can isolate completely upstairs. 

This image is a cross-stitch that Dave's first wife, Barbara, created. I don't think she would mind me posting it - a cozy northwest scene that hangs in the guest room. 

Best part of today (perhaps rivaled by Mom's Mulligatawny stew and apple crisp) has been catching up some with your lovely journals.
