Droplets

I ventured out again on Snowy - with the intention of feeding the ducks and geese plus hoping for a blip opportunity. As I got down to Mere I saw a gathering of cyclists and remembered it was the Wednesday ride meet up. So I stopped and had a (long) chat. Great to catch up with M & P who were able to give lots of useful tips about our planned cycle touring holiday in July. We are planning to ride from Newcastle to Edinburgh - all 200 miles. On a day like today (sunny) sounds fab!

After this I went back and fed the geese, ducks and swan. I love the way the water is just sitting on his fearthers. Anyone know how to tell the difference between male and female swans? I was experimenting with the aperture setting - and didn't quite get it right - hard to see the screen on playback when it is so sunny!

Continued on my cycle ride and did a staggering 3.8 miles, at quite a slow pace! Grrrrr Yes it hurt - not quite as bad as yesterday - so hopefully making progress.
