Flotsam or jetsam?

An eclectic collection of flotsam, or is it jetsam, on the beach this morning.
Several cabbages, a dozen oranges, a mango and a carrier bag from the German hypermarket Kaufland. A great opening to a mystery novel?

I have been informed that the writing on the carrier bag is Rumanian. The mystery deepens!
