Real raindrops!

This morning daughter #1 and I took a quickish turn around Connaught Water, managing to avoid any rain showers.  I did however, manage to snap these droplets on leaves.  Not terribly exciting you may think, but rain has been in short supply here since June so this was quite an event for me.
This afternoon we picked up Violet from school.  I have decided that I must do some walking, even if not to the school and back and so got out to take a wander and meet Mr MC and Violet, having been reassured that the rain was over, with only a 10% chance of further showers.  How wrong can they be!  The rain simply bucketed down and I got soaked even though I tried to shelter under some trees!
