Wide Wednesday

This morning I met up with P and Minty for a walk along the cycle track at Croftamie, finishing up at the But & Ben for coffee and a fruit scone. Each.

These covered outdoor tables and benches were hastily built at the start of lockdown, so the café became a very popular meeting place.

Unfortunately the main road to Glasgow has been closed at Croftamie for nearly a year since the bridge collapsed last September, so the business has lost a lot of its 'passing-through' customers.
