On the sofa

Rain on and off all day - the first proper rain in months - with a wee bit of thunder in the afternoon.

A good day for a few household chores. First a little tidying, which can be 'interesting' as MrM has a habit of putting things in random places. These were on the sofa - parts of a fiddle that he's taken apart. No idea where the rest of the instrument is!

Most of the day spent sorting out the spare room. Had to empty one of the big cupboards to remove a sideboard that was at the back, behind all sorts of junk. After MrM had helped me to put the sideboard into place (where the office cupboards used to be), I replaced things into the cupboard. Our camping gear now fits in nicely too. A few things in the spare room still to re-organise tomorrow.
