Emergency blip as I suddenly realised I hadn’t taken a picture today! Have just completed the word Codeword puzzle from the weekend and the key was to realise that I could put an H after the W. Easy then!

Received a text this morning to ask if I could accompany a friend to his appointment with the GP. It was very short notice but I managed to get there to take him and was a little late for my lift to exercise class but we made it! The lady that takes us was wondering about the viability of the group given the small numbers. There are basically 9 people with some away from time to time and she really needs a minimum of 10! We would all be very sad if she has to stop! We will see what happens at the end of September
