Trees and the acting bug

We had a very lovely afternoon, spent with the Trees, at the river and in the garden, with a quick and slightly haphazard performance of the tiger who came to tea (lead actors swapping parts added to the general confusion).
As I was trying to produce something for dinner, the girls appeared all dressed up to do a show for me. What a delight! Lily was very much in charge, and prompted Rohan's lines for her. And her costume change! The story seemed to be about a fairy who woke to find her jewellry missing, and a witch. It was tricky follow the plot, but highly enjoyable, with a dance and a song at the end. May it be the first of many.
