Sunflower

I forgot I had taken this photo yesterday!

We got 12 sunflower seeds sent free with an online order and they were sown quite late but have now started to shoot up and flower.

This one beside our neighbours’ wall is the only one in a pot so there were a few times during the dry weather when it needed water and the leaves started drooping but it survived.
