Steak, Guinness and stilton

Sorry, just a quickie tonight. Got bugger all sleep last night so I'm liable to drop off any minute now.

This lot's about to get cooked up and thrown into the slow cooker overnight. Tomorrow it'll be topped with a puff pastry lid and scoffed.

I'm drooling already.
