Last day on the boat.

Today was very enjoyable, partly because it was very relaxing and the sun was warm and there were no organized excursions .  The scenery on the banks of the Soane are quite different from the Rhone, with more of a feeling of the river being a holiday destination; families camping, beautiful houses on the banks of the river, very chic holiday makers on the promenade  There were quite a few bridges to maneuver under and those of us on the top deck were asked not to stand up as we approached them as there was not a lot of clearance under them (in extras) - not a problem for me.
