Well that was a strange one

The news of the Queens death took me by surprise. She looked so well in those photographs on Tuesday. She will be greatly missed but all in all a good way to end such a momentous life.
Earlier in the day we had given this it's annual pruning and it is the only photo I've taken.
The only other thing of note is that I has gone back to square one with a post covid exercise regime starting from yesterday. It's not easy but it feels positive
