Surprise...!

When I'd finished work today, we went for a 'blip drive' to see what we could spot... There were a lot of people around in the nature reserve enjoying the May Day holiday, but no deer (that's what I was after - it's been a while!). Just as we were heading home, we turned a corner down a road we haven't driven for a long time and this beautiful stork was just waiting there to be blipped on its nest... I've been wanting a close up of a stork since blipping this pair from a distance. Beautiful birds! :-)
