Removing obstacles

A bit of a mind numbingly boring day trawling through procedures, but and it's a big BUT it has helped remove some obstacles that were in the way. So the day was worth it!

In other news my stay at Fawlty Towers continues to provide comedy gold. With all the material I've been given this week I could write a few more episodes.

I was due to go for a run tonight but just one stretch and my back cried out in agony. Well it was more me crying out but you get the jist of what I meant. Time to go to the docs I think
