Daisy & pollen

A bike ride with J in the morning.  We cycled to town around the river area that was flooded a few weeks ago - incredible to imagine what the huge amount of water that fell and swelled the river to breaking point.  Stopped at a lovely wee cafe in town and had the most surprisingly delicious toasted sandwich.....will definitely have to go back.

Home in the afternoon then a little more tootying in the garden, though tootying gave way to photographing when I 'found' this subject........another daisy-like plant covered with yet more pollen.
