Hydrangea in the rain

What a sad day yesterday turned out to be. I was very sorry to hear of the death of Queen Elizabeth II, my condolences to all her British and Common Wealth subjects.Whatever one thinks of the monarchy she certainly has earned the respect shown to her all over the world because of her total commitment to her task until the very end, can you imagine a life where everything you do is in the public spotlight and that for 70 years !
With a new PM, new cabinet and now a new monarch all within two days what a change, I do hope things will go as smoothly as possible for the UK.
