At Home Day

A hot sunny day which started with thunder, lightning and heavy rain overnight. Possibly a little cooler in the evening than yesterday.

The day started with coffee and cakes at the bar, followed by a massive shopping trip at the supermarket.

Busy afternoon struggling with the bank in the afternoon. A telephone call lasting about two hours to get them to make a payment which for some reason Internet Banking would not allow me to make. I got transferred to various departments before I finally found somebody who was able to force the payment to go through.
