The Tudor House
This faux Elizabethan house built around 1900 in Randolph Place sticks out like a thumb in among Edinburgh's Georgian Architecture. Given that we have just come to the end of the second Elizabethan era it perhaps was timely venue to choose for my lunch with my friend, John. The restaurant name even admits it is a folly - 'La P'tite Folie' but it has a very pleasant ambience and is light and airy as the restaurant sits on the first floor.
