Derby Cathedral

Jan and I went into town today to try and sell some of mum’s gold jewellery that none of use wanted to keep. While we were there, I wanted to see if there was anything going on at the cathedral to mark the passing of the Queen yesterday. They had a book of remembrance with a few people waiting to sign it, plus this camera crew who were filming bits and pieces.

It’s very sad news and I feel it’s a more momentous moment than any of us can really grasp at the moment. Time - probably years - will tell.
