How nice for David Bowie to write a song for this day. We finished decorating Ms H's room in mid May, since then we took our time to find a carpet, confirm the order of the carpet and have it fitted. 4 months!!! Too much other stuff going on, but it's done, and the carpet IS blue, looks more grey here.

What I want to know is when will they be able to fit carpets without scratching the skirting boards?
