Dahlias

I was out this morning admiring my flowers and noticing the orange glow from the sun. Apparently there is a fire somewhere and we are getting the haze and a bit of smoke.  I worked on a painting half the day and it seems to be coming along.    The grand girls from Arizona called to let us know that we missed Grandparents day at school!  I told the girls that they could ask their teacher about me having lunch at school with them when we come out.
