Magnolia tree

Everyone who came visiting at this time of year always admired the Magnolia across the road from us. When the opportunity arose I decided I wanted my own and mine is flowering before theirs, this year. It has quite a lot of buds Compared to last year. It is in the back garden. I am not comparing... really!
