Harvest

Outdoors today for a little time on the deck - fresh air and sunshine but also some smoke from the wildfires to the north and east. We did spot one of those from the plane a week ago. And back out, briefly, to watch the full moon rise this evening. There are houses just below, but I cut them out. :-)

Mom's brother called her to reminisce about seeing Princess Elizabeth during her visit to Victoria in 1951. It's a special memory for them both. He had a poor view so climbed a tree to see better.
