COMCO

The IESE Communication course started again. This is one of the five sections in plenary session. I facilitate the practical sessions for two teams of nine students, drawn from two different sections. They are intensive days, starting at 8 am and ending at 5 pm. I attend two plenary sessions and then work with my groups in the team rooms during a total of two sessions of 90 mins and another two of 60 mins listening and giving feedback on a total of 18 speeches (3 mins in length), delivered twice with the students having time to improve them between their 90 and 60 min session - so 36 speech deliveries in total, all of which need short notes entered into a spreadsheet and graded from 1 to 5. Tired but energised, somehow, at the end of it!
