Birds of a feather

Title by Tedwin. There appears to have been a delivery of scooters, so many scattered all around the town.
Disrupted two working engineers,they had manhole cover off,barricades around hole and working table with equipment on trouble was the scooter could not get by and he could not turn around. They patiently moved all equipment and barricades put lid back on manhole and off we went. Tedwin did suggest they lift the scooter into the road but they rejected this.
