Offering Lots Of Welcome Shade

I have to confess that we have had an even lazier day today. We decided that none of us felt like doing anything more than relaxing by the pool and in the villa today…so that’s exactly what we did…after all isn’t that what holidays are for?

Mr Kit and I did go for a little wander around the village this afternoon and came upon the village square dominated by this very impressive tree offering lots of welcome shade. Further along our walk we also found a very cute ice cream parlour and bakery selling an amazing array of cakes. I am not sure if it was lost in translation or a very convenient misunderstanding, but we thought we ordered a small selection of cakes but we ended up with one of every type..guess what, we decided not to bother putting him right as they were so delicious!
