Historic Day

We were so sad to hear of the passing of the beloved queen yesterday. She was an amazing woman of faith to her Lord Jesus and a wonderful servant to this country. My mom and her friend are here visiting, so we decided to go down to Hyde Park to see the gun salute. As we were making our way to Buckingham Palace afterwards, we saw the new King as he was on his way to the Palace. It seemed so odd to hear the police officer say that the King was on his way.
