Out with the Big Boys

Made it to the breakwater this morning where all the big fish boats are moored. It was a perfect morning with an ebbing tide and only light winds. I love the feel of the rhythmic pull on the oars and the sound of them biting into the water.  This activity is quickly becoming a favourite!

A huge fish boat aptly named ‘Queens Reach’ passed by me on its way out to the Salish Sea (extra).
