Early Morning - view from our balcony.

It's been another hot day!
Having decided to sell our villa, we were surprised this morning for a couple (friends of friends of a neighbour - word travels quickly) popped along to ask if they could have a look.  They liked it  but I feel we are asking a bit more than they want to pay; we shall see. Villa Gemma will go up for sale on Monday once we have told our decision to a couple of people who look after it while we are home.

A bit of shopping today and a visit to the local bar for a chilled beer rounded off the 'tough' day!
