A virtual bike ride then a real walk along the beach in tropical weather with a colleague heading for the exit door.

Then it was home to have a delicious salmon dish made by Ruby followed by a fantastic zero food miles pudding made by Mrs S from plums and berries from a neighbours garden and the local hedgerows.
