4am alarm - 1hr 30min drive North-West...

Yowie parkrun is in Kilcoy... 97.4km from Brisbane... Recently I participated in Fly into July which encourages participants to walk, wheel or run their way to positive outcomes. I was invited into a parkruns friends group of people from different parts of her busy life... At the end of July 2 ladies said they were coming to visit from Melbourne and would like to visit Yowie to grab a Y for one of the challenges... So yesterday was the day it all came together...
Perfect running conditions, Yowie parkrun completed, Ruben came 1st, we hung around and had a chat with the locals then drove home, last night I went out for dinner with them...
This morning we volunteered at Des O'Connor's Junior parkrun and had yummy breakfast afterwards... Now I'm home resting from the busy week...
