Me and my shadow

What a beautiful late summers day we’ve had in North Devon today, from dawn to dusk.
Cycled to Bideford for ParkRun and some social interaction, where I started well back amongst the 98 participants, jogged a very relaxed first lap before winding it up and finishing up with another short 21 minute wondering what I might have recorded if I’d legged it from the start
