Fife coast walk
Joined nearly 20 people for a 2nd Satudary Stroll .Train to Kinghorn, where there's a good little gallery in the former station building. Watercolours of birds and plants, and sculptures. Lynette Gray is the artist.
It was a glorious day, sunny, no wind to speak of. Varied walking, starting on hard sand then on a narrow path parallel to the railway as far as Silver Sands. Enjoyed being in the sea with nearly half the group.
Extras : black coal shards and seaweed, Burntisland, clock at Aberdour, from where we got a train back to Haymarket.
