Wall brown on thistle

A lovely warm, sunny day after a misty start.

Last night I'd rather forget, 3 hours sleep!  It's really getting me down now, headache all day, even did a covid test again but negative.  Spoke to my friend this morning and then another phoned. K text to say did I want to go for a walk so I did, good to get out in the fresh air for a short walk.
This afternoon I've tried to sleep but it eluded me!  Made dinner, salmon and veg. K.coming round this evening.
The extra was taken this morning, couldn't get any closer as it was on some greenery in my neighbours garden.
