雲手

I’m working on a new (to me) kata at the moment: 雲手 Unsū - which translates as “cloud hands”. It contains, among other variously tricky or just frankly hard bits, a 360° jumping kick (two kicks if you’re superhuman). Today I made my first attempt at that particular bit - having made my way to the nearby UFC gym so as to have a nice cushioned floor onto which to fall when I fell. xP

Attempt was … not as bad as I had expected, though I have a long way to go.
