Beautiful sunny day about 23 degrees. Perfect temperature for me. Got the shuttle bus down to the harbour and Liberation square and went on a2 hour walking tour of the town. Interesting but a little self indulgent at times. We ended up in Royal Square where the proclamation was being read so we hung around for 10 minutes to be there. Didn’t see much but I was more moving than I expected. Had a coffee afterwards, tried to book a table for dinner( no luck) and went to theJersey museum before catching the last bus back at 4.30! Had a rest then walked back down to the harbour for fish and chips. Got a taxi back, very grumpy taxi driver
