Ran the furthest I've ever ran today - 7.05K!

Took me 41 minutes and I felt pretty good for most of it.

10K's looking good at the moment, even if I over-estimated my time at 1hr 25min and will now not be running with my friends.

I wish tomorrow was Friday.
