Tel Apel

We started the day washing and drying clothes with lively music to help me write up yesterdays bf.

A cool grey day, we will move on later I think although I would be happy to stay here another night. We are close to the German border and may cross over and back over the next couple days. We have enjoyed our week in the NL once away from the busy areas, (the supermarkets appear to be situated in housing areas, rings a distant bell). . We chose a Supermarket from the satnav, Albert Heijn I think, this was good with a great range of dips, organic food and a few Gluten Free products although we are experiencing issues when it comes to using a credit card sometimes. We have a range of cards just in case, with this supermarket we had to pay with cash. This is our experience throughout the week, some places accept the cards others don’t. Apparently it could be to do with charges incurred by the CC companies.
