The weekly craft group started in the library again this morning, good to see the old gang, and a couple of newbies....Pompoms were the challenge!! I couldn't produce a hedgehog or polar bear, my creativity and skills only stretched to a couple of 'pompoms!!!' I  won't be blipping them.
While I was out, my friend's husband came across and dug out the root of a small buddleia that had self seeded, which I was struggling to remove in order to plant my three roses. Honestly, I still can't get over how lucky I am to have such fabulous neighbours...he is nearly 82. 
The tramp, tramp, tramp of feet of the funeral procession leaving Holyrood House was very moving this afternoon. :(
