High tech

Our car went in for a Service and MOT. After some time we were sent a link to a video of the mechanic explaining what he checked on the car and pointing at the relevant bits with his little light! He mentioned some of the the break pads were rather worn and should be replaced - which was helpful. 
I had another treatment session today. Everyone was waiting an hour to start as the pharmacy had some technical problems. Fortunately, the trolley lady came round the waiting area - she knows we depend on her.
