Washday Blues and Reds

Good to have sunshine again so we made the most of it. Felt fully recovered today so after a quick trip to Eshiels, Mr P and I headed back to the Hydro. Pleased to say that I managed 50 lengths (only 20m pool). Home for a late lunch after a High Street shop and then back to the Hydro for my Kettlebell class this evening. Not as exhausting as last week’s class but I’ll sleep well tonight.
