Lamb
Sous vide lamb loin chops, red beans and rice, and tomatoes with oregano and fermented white pepper. Wine: La Ventica Bobal 2017.
The beans and rice are leftover from a takeout meal we had last night. The wine is a Spanish Syrah, and it could not have paired better with the lamb.
