Lie down

Ruben having a lie down. He's had a nice day pottering around the garden while Rob weeded and turned the compost heaps. 
I did a 4 mile walk to keep the training going.
Not much else happened really. 
Tonights tele was Capture - which had a bloody brilliant ending - and Suspect which we have to wait another few weeks to get to the end of.
