Rhode Island

Chris and I are finally on our much needed vacation as of today! We are in Newport, Rhode Island. The drive wasn't that bad, and the ferry ride was ok too. Our only mishaps were the one way streets the gps took us down (yikes!), and not having any idea where we're going! It's all good because Chris and I just mapped out what we are going to do tomorrow!
This is a picture of Chris at this tavern we stopped at for dinner. After we went to the Newport Creamery for ice cream. I didn't think we traveled all that far from Long Island, but apparently here they call sprinkles jimmies.Oh, and they call subs grinders. LOL.
Tomorrow we are off to see the mansions, do the Cliff Walk, and do some shopping!
